The school of PRACTICAL leadership works in Ukraine for 6 years already.

The trainers of the project educate experts of MBA level in the sphere of civil leadership.

Most of the alumni are leaders of public sector of Ukraine.

School of young leader “Start with yourself – change the country” is unique in its concept, has stimulative character and doesn’t have any analogues in countries of Eastern Europe.

Participation in the project is free of charge but the criteria of selection are rather high.

Selection is based not on the previous experience of participants in public sphere but on their wish to express themselves in this environment, on the potential which they want to develop and realize.

The program of the project is based on unique European techniques and activization trainings which help to:

- develop leader’s skills;

-  train team-work skills;

-  master debate skills and cooperation with mass-media;

-   learn how to solve the real public problems only with the help of project participants.
