Fascinating historical quest called "Chernihiv step by step" was held on 25 July in Chernihiv. The organizer of this event was Chernihiv regional branch of "Democratic Alliance". The participants of the quest were six different teams with four persons in each. During the quest young people could show their knowledge about Chernihiv history, some savvy and endurance. Thus the participants had to remember which building in Chernihiv fulfils wishes, which building was the residence of Governor-General of Chernihiv, which cathedrals have Simargl and many other interesting puzzles and tasks from organizers. One of the special task for teams was to write the best wish for their native city. Teams have shown great resourcefulness and wit and almost all returned before a specified deadline. All team members received certificates for their activity during the competition, and three finalists also received prizes from quest partners. A special diploma was presented to the girl who wrote the best wish to Chernihiv.
The participants went to the homes a little tired, but with smiles on their faces and with a bit depth of knowledge about the historical gems of a city. The event organizer promised to hold a similar quest a bit later on another subject, but no less interesting than the previous one.
