Kyiv Arbitration Court considered the dispute on the claim of Democratic Alliance against “Nadra” bank and made a decision for the benefit of the organization.

Though UYPO “Democratic Alliance” is not a direct subject of entrepreneurial activity but we also felt the consequences of finance-economic crisis and instability of the bank system, in particular.

About a year ago absolutely unexpectedly and illegally the commercial bank “Nadra”, where the organization has open operating account, stopped realizing payment orders, i.e. transfer money according to the instructions of the owner.

All this time Democratic Alliance was trying to solve this problem situation by sending numerous letters, appeals to the company management, helding different meetings. Nevertheless the bak didn’t revive the cash flow, reffering to difficult financial situation, and insisted on the fact that they act according to the law.

Democratic Alliance didn’t agree with such explanation and appealed to the court for enforcing the sum of money which they have on the account of the organization.

After listening to the arguments of the parties the court made a decision about enforcing money from “Nadra” bank.

“The bank lawyers will probably appeal, but I am sure that we will defend our interests in any juridical instance” – Liliya Romanyuk, the Board member of Democratic Alliance commented the result of the process.
